Since many questions we receive are very common, we will answer some of them for you below.
Question: Did you receive my order?
Answer: If you received a confirmation email from us, your order was successfully placed.
Question: When will my order be completed?
Answer: In your confirmation email, there is an estimated delivery date provided. This same date was also provided at checkout before the order was placed. While we always attempt to get orders delivered ahead of the provided dates, that is not always possible. Please keep in mind that we are a small, family-owned and
operated business, and we have many orders at any given time.
Question: Can you provide additional tracking details than what USPS/UPS show me?
Answer: Unfortunately, we have the exact same tracking access that customers have and are not able to provide any additional details.
Question: Are you an MLM (multi-level marketing) company?
Answer: No, we are a family-operated small business that was created from scratch. Everything that we do is handled by a few individuals.
