A surprise pull from Crystal's curated collection of fidget and sensory toys — spinners, poppers, stress balls, squishies, and more. Every scoop lands different, every one is satisfying to open.

Perfect for fidget lovers of all ages, collectors, or anyone who could use a little stress relief delivered right to their door. All sales are final on scoop products.

How does this work?

Your scoop will contain 12 or 30 fidget/sensory items, depending on the scoop size purchased.

There is a wide variety of quality items in the scoop, and items Included may change or be added to without advance notice. A limited number (2) special item requests will be allowed; however, we are unable to guarantee the item is available at the time of your scooping. Fully customized scoops are not permitted.

What do I get?

For a regular scoop, you will receive a minimum of 30 fidget/sensory items from our ever-changing and varied selection. For a mini scoop, you will receive 12 items.

How are swaps/duplicates handled?

If a duplicate item is revealed during your play, we will always replace it automatically. If multiple plays are purchased and scooped separately, duplicates will be allowed.

Can I make special requests?

We allow up to 2 specific item requests. Please keep in mind, the items that make up this scoop regularly change, so your requested item may longer be on hand.

When will my video be posted?

With this option, a recording of your play will be posted to our social media(s) typically within 10 business days of your order fulfillment.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

You may receive your package from us prior to your video being posted online. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched your video. We are unable to hold your package at our location due to space restrictions.

What if I don't want a video?

Your items will be scooped and shipped to you as a complete surprise.

Do you offer this as part of a live show?

Yes! When available, this means you get the opportunity to watch your items scooped in real time while participating in our live show with our ever-growing Enchanted Fam!

Does this product ship internationally?

Yes.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

Our Story

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.
