How Does This Work?

Each player receives 4 randomly chosen bracelet blind bags. There will be one bin with several types of bracelets inside. If your bag contains a colored chip, you will receive a bonus bracelet blind bag.

Items Included in this scoop range from single beaded bracelets, natural stone bracelets, charm bracelets, euro beaded bracelets, bracelet stacks, sterling silver, tarnish-resistant gold plated and more!

What do I get?

You will receive no fewer than 4 bracelets and possibly more depending on if a colored chip is found in one of your bags.

When can I expect to receive my items?

There is an estimated delivery date shown on the checkout screen and in your confirmation email. That is the date that you should expect to receive your package, although most packages are delivered ahead of that time.

When does my video get posted?

✨️VIDEO PLAY – If you purchase the “video recording” option, a recording of your play as described above will be posted to one or more of our social media accounts--typically within 10 days of your order fulfillment.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

You may receive your package from us prior to your video being posted online. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched your video. We are unable to hold your package at our location due to space restrictions.

What if I don't want a video?

Your items will be scooped and shipped to you as a complete surprise.

Do you offer this as part of a live show?

Yes! When available, this means you get the opportunity to watch your items scooped in real time while participating in our live show with our ever-growing Enchanted Fam!

How are swaps/duplicate items handled?

We are unable to swap one item for another by request during or after your scoop. If a duplicate item is revealed during your play, we will always replace it automatically. If multiple plays are purchased and scooped separately, duplicates will be allowed. Specific item requests will not be granted.
