If you purchase the “video recording” option, a recording of your scoop as described above will be posted to one or more of our social media accounts--typically within 10 business days of us sending your order shipment confirmation email.

You may receive your package from us prior to your video being posted online. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched your video. We are unable to hold your package at our location due to space restrictions.

There is an estimated delivery date shown on the checkout screen and in your confirmation email. That is the date that you should expect to receive your package, although most packages are delivered ahead of that time.

To have products packaged and shipped separately, you will need to purchase them on separate orders and add order notes to "Ship this order separately" as our standard practice is to combine orders, when possible, to keep shipping and other costs as low as possible for our customers.

How are swaps/duplicate items handled?
We are unable to swap one item for another by request during or after your scoop. If a duplicate item is revealed during your play, we will always replace it automatically. If multiple plays are purchased and scooped separately, duplicates will be allowed. Specific item requests will not be granted.

Yes. International orders, including those to the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Some items may be restricted or regulated in certain countries, including electronics with rechargeable batteries and certain cosmetic products. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we will substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.
Customs processing times and fees vary by country. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.

Bracelets are great only got six so but I thought I’d get more for the price
They sent me an email asking for a review. Not only did my order arrive well after Christmas, but to date, I still have not seen the video that was paid for. I made 2 inquiries re gardens Mr video and was advises that they had 10days AFTER they send out notification that my order was on the way to post it online. But then you ask my for a review and my video was not posted. Totally ruined the surprise/gift fit my son's girlfriend. I won't be ordering again. It seemed like an exciting and fun idea as a Christmas gift but not receiving the bracelets before Christmas or even the video to show her, ruined it. On a positive note, the were quick to respond to email. My order was made on 12/15 and was received 12/28. Today is 1/6 and the video still has not been posted at the time of this review. Very disappointed.
Hi, Aleah. We are sorry you are disappointed with your recent experience with us. We do feel it's important to note that when you placed your order, the expected delivery date we provided you before and after checkout, was always going to be after Christmas. We also had a banner at the top of the website stating that orders placed after December 8th would not be guaranteed to ship in time for them to be delivered by Christmas. Despite this, we did get your order to you 3 days before the expected delivery date.
On the video piece, as we have communicated twice before, the videos are posted about 10 business days after your order ships. Due to the 2 holidays that occurred since your order shipped, we are still within that timeframe. Previously, you thanked us for the quick reply in providing that information, and nothing has changed on our end since then. Your video will be posted online within the next few days.
Overall, it seems as though you had expectations of your order and video timing that were not consistent with the information we provided. We share this information up front to try to avoid issues like this because we want people to know what to expect from our company. We are a small, family-owned and operated company with only 2 full-time workers, so we cannot consistenty operate at the speed of Amazon. We do our best to move as quickly as possible, but we provide the timeline we do to minimize customer disappointment with timing.
