Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Bookings for experiences and private sessions, such as the Exclusive Private Live Show, are subject to the following cancellation terms. Because each private session involves dedicated planning and preparation, cancellations made after planning has begun but before the originally scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. Once the session begins, no refunds will be issued. These terms apply in place of the standard product return terms above.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
