How does this work?

We will scoop 25+ differently colored beads that coordinate with items we have carefully selected. Once your beads are scooped, your items are gathered and prepared for shipment.

What do I get?

Your scoop is randomly selected from 45+ possible items, including:

Gold bead = bonus mystery items not on this list. Mini scoop = 5-10+ bonus beads (one of the possible items you could scoop).

How are swaps and duplicate items handled?

If an exact duplicate item is revealed during your scoop, we will always try to replace it automatically unless requested otherwise. If multiple plays are purchased and scooped separately, duplicates will be allowed.

Can I make special requests?

Special item requests may be granted, however fully customized scoops are not permitted. We will happily make reasonable accommodations for up to 3 items. We cannot guarantee that your scoop will be solely in your color preferences or exclude one color completely. If you'd like a photo of your scooped items prior to receiving them or prior to your video posting, please let us know in your order notes and we will happily send you one.

When will my video be posted?

With this option, a recording of your play will be posted to our social media typically within 15 business days of your order fulfillment.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

You may receive your package prior to your video being posted. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched it. We are unable to hold packages at our location due to space restrictions.

What if I don't want a video?

You are welcome to purchase a scoop with no video at all.

Do you offer this as part of a live show?

Yes! When available, this means you get the opportunity to watch your items scooped in real time while participating in our live show with our ever-growing Enchanted Fam! During a live show you may also have the opportunity to share some item preferences. There will also be prize drawings that everyone who attends can participate in.
