Here's how it works: we spin three mystery balls just for you. Each one reveals a surprise, and if a blue ball drops during your play, that means bonus items are headed your way.

Blue balls are where the magic happens. Depending on what's inside, you could unlock 1, 2, or 3 extra spins for additional mystery items — or hit the Wheel Spin, where we spin our wheel on your behalf for up to 5 extra mystery items. Blue balls can stack, so there's no cap on how many extras you can walk away with.

Every ball could reveal anything from jewelry, tumblers, and Vera Bradley items to beauty essentials, home décor, candles, journals, Squishmallows, and so much more. The variety is part of the fun — you genuinely never know what's coming.

Choose your way to play:

Guaranteed 3 Items — a minimum of 3 mystery items, with the chance to unlock more through blue balls. Most players walk away with 3–6 items, but there's always a chance for more.
Guaranteed 4 Items — exactly 4 items, no variables.

About the Game

How does this work?

We spin three mystery balls just for you — each one reveals a surprise item. If a blue ball drops during your play, bonus items are headed your way! Blue balls contain 1, 2, or 3 extra spins for additional mystery items, or a Wheel Spin where we spin our wheel on your behalf for up to 5 extra items. Blue balls can stack, so there's no cap on how many extras you can walk away with.

What do I get?

If you choose the Guaranteed 3 Items option, you will receive a minimum of 3 mystery items. If a blue ball drops during your play, you will receive additional items based on what's revealed. Most players walk away with 3-6 items, but there's always a chance for more. If you choose the Guaranteed 4 Items option, you will receive exactly 4 items with no ability to receive additional items.

How are swaps and duplicates handled?

We are unable to swap one item for another by request during or after your play. If a duplicate item is spun during your play, we will always re-spin automatically. If multiple plays are purchased and spun separately, duplicates will be allowed. Specific item requests will not be granted.

Can I make special requests?

Specific item requests will not be granted. Please let us know in your order notes if there are any allergy concerns.

Videos

When will my video be posted?

A recording of your play will be posted to our social media typically within 15 business days of your order fulfillment.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

You may receive your package prior to your video being posted. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched it. We are unable to hold packages at our location due to space restrictions.

What if I don't want a video?

Your items will be determined and shipped to you as a complete surprise.

Live Shows

Do you offer this as part of a live show?

Yes! When available, you get the opportunity to watch your items revealed in real time while participating in our live show with the ever-growing Enchanted Fam!

International Shipping

Does this product ship internationally?

We no longer ship this product internationally due to the variety of item types included.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 10 business day processing window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

A quick note on carrier delays

While we do everything we can to get your order out the door fast, we're not able to control carrier delays once a package is in transit. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out - we're always happy to help!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.
