It's a fun game

It's a fun game to watch. Very family oriented. Awesome gifts to win. And I was going to let you the blanket that I received. Has a smell of mildew or mold on it. Otherwise all the gifts were awesome. And I feel like ever since I asked about switching one of the clocks for a tumbler since the were both clocks and I feel since I asked about that. It's been a different vibe from you. But then since I said that you started letting them trade their gifts. So I'll enjoy my gifts. But I don't feel I can view you anymore.

Hi Diane, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you feel that your blanket has an unpleasant smell, we have sent out hundreds of throw blankets and this is the first we have heard of an issue.
As far as the clock, we do not give out any duplicates in our games and we do not offer trades unless a duplicate is spun during your turn and you've only had one order with us. I've also checked all messages, emails and comments and do not see where you requested to exchange an item for a tumbler. We strive to provide quality items and go above and beyond with our customers as we've done with you as well by changing your video play that you purchased to a live play.
