Enchanted Balls

You will receive no fewer than 3 prizes. If a blue ball drops during your play, you will receive additional items.

In this game, each player will receive 3 prizes that will be revealed by our pink or clear prize "balls". If a blue ball drops for you while we are spinning for your three prize balls, you receive EXTRA prizes!

Blue balls contain:

1, 2 or 3 Extra Spins for additional prizes,

"Wheel spin", where you spin our wheel for up to 5 extra prizes!

"Double Wheel Spin", where you spin our wheel and we double whatever you land on which could be up to *10* additional prizes!

Note: You can spin MULTIPLE blue balls during your play leading up to an uncapped number of extra prizes!

If you purchase the “video recording” option, a recording of your scoop as described above will be posted to one or more of our social media accounts--typically within 10 business days of us sending your order shipment confirmation email.

Note: Only limited products have video recording as an available option. Please note that if your product does not explicitly state that a video recording is included, a video will not be recorded.

You may receive your package from us prior to your video being posted online. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched your video. We are unable to hold your package at our location due to space restrictions.

There is an estimated delivery date shown on the checkout screen and in your confirmation email. That is the date that you should expect to receive your package, although most packages are delivered ahead of that time.

To have products packaged and shipped separately, you will need to purchase them on separate orders and add order notes to "Ship this order separately" as our standard practice is to combine orders, when possible, to keep shipping and other costs as low as possible for our customers.

We are unable to swap one item for another by request during or after your play. If a duplicate item is spun during your play, we will always re-spin automatically. If multiple plays are purchased and spun separately, duplicates will be allowed. Specific item requests will not be granted.

Due to restrictions outside of our control, we currently cannot offer this product to our international friends.
