What's the surprise, exactly?

The list above is the same every time. What changes is which ones: the colors, the covers, the designs. You know what's coming, you just don't know how it will look until you open it.

Is there filler in it?

No. We built this list on purpose and took out anything that was just making up numbers. Every item on it is something you'll actually use.

Is it really 25 pieces?

Always at least 25. That's our floor, not a maybe.

Do items ever get substituted?

Once in a while, yes. If something is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, we may swap it for a comparable item of equal or greater value. It doesn't happen often, and every bundle is always packed to the same quality and piece count.

Videos

How does the video work?

Tick the video box under the Add to Bag button (or add it from your bag), and we'll film your bundle being packed, each item shown as it goes in, so you get the full reveal from start to finish. We post it on our Facebook page, typically within 15 business days of fulfillment.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

If you added a video, you may receive your package before it's posted. If you'd like to watch first, hold onto your unopened package until it goes up. We're not able to hold packages at our location due to space.

What if I don't want a video?

Just skip the video box, and it's a complete surprise when it lands on your doorstep.

Live Shows

Can I get my bundle revealed live?

Yes! When available, you can watch your bundle revealed in real time during one of our live shows, alongside the Enchanted Fam.

International Shipping

Does this product ship internationally?

This product does not ship outside of the U.S. due to the variety of item types included.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 10 business day processing window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

A quick note on carrier delays

While we do everything we can to get your order out the door fast, we're not able to control carrier delays once a package is in transit. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out - we're always happy to help!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we're unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

Our Story

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.
