What do I actually get?

10 spins resulting in 10 pulls from our mystery scoops, plus 10 items from our Mystery Capsules. Some reveals bring one item, some bring a few more of the same delight, so the total count varies a little scoop to scoop. It's our biggest mystery reveal, built from across our whole collection.

How is this different from a regular scoop?

It's the same mystery, just a lot more of it, and it draws from more of what we carry: scoops and capsules together in one reveal, instead of one or the other.

Can I ask for something specific, or ask to skip something?

Yes. Have a color palette you love, a theme you're hoping for, or something you'd rather we skip? Let us know in your order notes. We can't promise everything, but we'll always do our best to make it happen, and to make you smile.

Is it really random?

Mostly. We build every Ultimate Mystery Scoop Experience across a wide mix so no two are alike, and we do our best to honor any notes you leave us. But nothing is guaranteed item by item, that's part of what makes it a mystery.

Is a video included?

A video isn't included, but you can add a reveal video. Just tick the video box under the Add to Bag button, or add it from your bag. We'll record your reveal and post it on our Facebook page, typically within 15 business days after your order ships.

Do I have to get a video?

Not at all. Without the video add-on, we won't record your reveal, and everything stays a surprise until you open your box.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

If you added a video, you may receive your package before it's posted. If you'd like to watch first, hold onto your unopened package until it goes up. We're not able to hold packages at our location due to space.

Does this product ship internationally?

This product does not ship internationally due to the variety of item types included.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 10 business day processing window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

A quick note on carrier delays

While we do everything we can to get your order out the door fast, we're not able to control carrier delays once a package is in transit. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out - we're always happy to help!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we're unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

All sales are final on this product. Because every scoop is built individually, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges.
