In the event that an exception to this rule is granted and a return is accepted, the customer shall be responsible for a 25% restocking fee as well as the full cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.&nbsp;

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at braceletcorner1@gmail.com.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: &nbsp;
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change your shipping method as necessary due to package contents, the combining of multiple orders/shipments, or other reasons that may arise in the practice of business.
In the event a package is returned to send due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will re-ship the package to the intended recipient, however the purchaser is responsible for the full cost of the subsequent shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders, including those to the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Some items may be restricted or regulated in certain countries, including electronics with rechargeable batteries and certain cosmetic products. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we will substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Pre-orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.&nbsp; 
Try before you buy When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item.
Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
