Lippy Mystery Scoop

Our lippy scoop includes multiple varieties of lip glosses, lip stains, lip oils, lip plumpers, lip balms, lip sticks, etc. You will receive the number of lippy items based on the option you purchase as shown below:

We will scoop 8, 20 or 40 lip products, based on your order size, from our bin of a wide variety of lippy products. Our Lippy bin is always changing, so no two scoops will be exactly alike.

If you purchase the “video recording” option, a recording of your scoop as described above will be posted to one or more of our social media accounts--typically within 10 business days of us sending your order shipment confirmation email.

Note: Only limited products have video recording as an available option. Please note that if your product does not explicitly state that a video recording is included, a video will not be recorded.

You may receive your package from us prior to your video being posted online. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched your video. We are unable to hold your package at our location due to space restrictions.

There is an estimated delivery date shown on the checkout screen and in your confirmation email. That is the date that you should expect to receive your package, although most packages are delivered ahead of that time.

To have products packaged and shipped separately, you will need to purchase them on separate orders and add order notes to "Ship this order separately" as our standard practice is to combine orders, when possible, to keep shipping and other costs as low as possible for our customers.

We are happy to exchange an item for you to something you've recently seen in our videos if we have it available. Please limit your special requests to 2 for our regular Lippy Scoops and 5 for our Jumbo Lippy Scoops. Fully customized scoops are not permitted.

Please keep in mind, customizing your scoop does not lead to an authentic scoop and your video will differ from what's shown as we swap out your requests.

If an exact duplicate item is revealed during your scoop, we will always try to replace it automatically unless requested otherwise. If multiple plays are purchased and scooped separately, duplicates will be allowed.

Yes. International orders, including those to the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Some items may be restricted or regulated in certain countries, including electronics with rechargeable batteries and certain cosmetic products. If an item in your order cannot be shipped internationally, we will substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

Customs processing times and fees vary by country. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.
