About the Scoop

How does this work?

We will scoop 20 lip products from our bin of a wide variety of lippy products. Our Lippy bin is always changing, so no two scoops will be exactly alike.

What do I get?

Your scoop includes 20 lip products from a variety of types including lip glosses, lip stains, lip oils, lip plumpers, lip balms, lip sticks, and more.

How are swaps and duplicate items handled?

If an exact duplicate item is revealed during your scoop, we will always try to replace it automatically unless requested otherwise. If multiple plays are purchased and scooped separately, duplicates will be allowed.

Can I make special requests?

We are happy to exchange an item for something you've recently seen in our videos if we have it available. Please limit your special requests to 2 items. Fully customized scoops are not permitted. Please keep in mind that customizing your scoop does not lead to an authentic scoop and your video will differ from what's shown as we swap out your requests.

Videos

When will my video be posted?

If you purchase the video recording option, a recording of your scoop will be posted to one or more of our social media accounts typically within 10 business days of your order fulfillment.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

You may receive your package prior to your video being posted. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched it. We are unable to hold packages at our location due to space restrictions.

What if I don't want a video?

You are welcome to purchase a scoop with no video at all.

Do you offer this as part of a live show?

Yes! When available, this means you get the opportunity to watch your items scooped in real time while participating in our live show with our ever-growing Enchanted Fam!

International Shipping

Does this product ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship this product internationally. Please be aware that you may be subject to import fees and duties based on your country's regulations.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 10 business day processing window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

While we do everything we can to get your order out the door fast, we're not able to control carrier delays once a package is in transit. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out - we're always happy to help!

Our Story

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.
