How long will my order take?

Most orders take no more than 2 to 3 weeks to ship.

Your confirmation email includes an estimated delivery date. This same date was also shown at checkout before your order was placed.

While we always try to get orders delivered ahead of the provided dates, that isn't always possible. Please keep in mind that we're a small, family-owned and operated business with many orders at any given time.

Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?

We can't promise an arrival date for any holiday. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email, so you can check it before you order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free US shipping on orders $150+.

Do I need a code?

No code needed. The 13% comes off on its own at checkout.

What's the free mystery gift?

It's a mystery, and we're not telling! When your order comes to $100 or more after the 13% off (before tax and shipping), a free mystery gift goes in your box. It's a limited supply, so it's while supplies last.

What isn't included in the 13% off?

Graphic apparel, ES tote bags, Aria's handmade bracelets, The Ultimate Mystery Scoop Experience, video add-ons and rush fees.

Does the 13% off work on Crystal's Signature Box?

Yes, on your first box. Monthly boxes after that are the regular price.

Why do my video orders take longer than non-video orders?

There's usually a waiting period for video scoops because other video orders are already in line ahead of those placed on a given day. Videos also take extra time to create, edit, and publish, which makes the process longer.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International orders, including those to the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges aren't included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times and fees vary by country. We can't guarantee delivery times for international orders.
