If yours hasn't landed yet or you can't make it, that's fine. Plenty of people open theirs whenever it shows up. The invitation just stands.

About the Subscription

What is Crystal's Signature Box?

Crystal's Signature Box is a monthly subscription curated personally by Crystal. Each month she puts together a box of things she genuinely loves and couldn't wait to share. No theme, no formula, just her picks for that month packed up and shipped straight to you.

What's in the box?

Every box is a surprise. Items may include jewelry, accessories, beauty finds, home items, stationery, novelty items, and more. The mix changes every month and you won't know exactly what's inside until it arrives. That's kind of the whole point.

Will everyone's box be the same?

Yes. Each month we put together one box and every subscriber receives the same or very similar contents. If you purchase more than one box for the same month, the contents will be identical or very similar.

Can I request specific items?

No. The box is Crystal's personal curation and specific requests cannot be accommodated. Part of the magic is the surprise!

The Live Unboxing

What is the live unboxing?

Every month, once most boxes have arrived, Crystal goes live on our Facebook page and opens her box right alongside you. Anyone can watch, and subscribers open theirs together with her, all surprised at the same time. We call it Reveal Night, and it's one of the most special parts of being a member.

How do I join the live unboxing?

We announce the date and time of each month's live unboxing by email and on our Facebook page as boxes go out. Just keep an eye on your inbox and watch for the announcement so you can open yours together with everyone.

What if I can't make the live?

No worries at all. The live is a fun way to share the moment together, but your box is always yours to open whenever you like. If you miss it live, you can usually catch the replay on our Facebook page.

Pricing & Founding Members

What is founding member pricing?

Our founding members locked in a special lower rate for as long as they stay subscribed. Founding member pricing is no longer available to new subscribers.

What happens to my founding member rate if I cancel?

If you cancel your subscription, you permanently forfeit your promotional rate. There is no way to reinstate founding member pricing once a subscription has been cancelled. If you resubscribe, you will be charged at the standard rate in effect at the time you resubscribe.

Managing Your Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Please note that canceling before your next billing date will stop future charges. If you have already been billed for the current month, that box will still ship to you.

When will I be billed?

You are charged when you first subscribe, and then on the 10th of each month going forward. If you subscribe within 30 days of the next billing date, your first renewal automatically moves to the following month so you are never charged twice close together.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. You can skip a month or pause your subscription anytime, right from your account. No need to contact us.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $8 per box, added at checkout. There are no other fees.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship toward the end of each month. You will receive a tracking number by email once your box is on its way.

When will the first box ship?

Join by the 9th of the month (midnight Eastern) to be included in that month's box. If you join on the 10th or later, your first box will be the following month's. You will receive an email confirmation with your expected ship date.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, reach out to us as soon as possible before your box ships. We are unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

Does this ship internationally?

At this time, Crystal's Signature Box is available to U.S. customers only.

Our Story

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.
