How does this work?

Each haul includes 3 phone charm blind bags, each one hiding a surprise wristlet charm inside. Open a bag with a colored chip and you unlock a bonus phone charm blind bag.

What do I get?

3 phone charm wristlets per haul, with the chance for more if a colored chip is revealed. Choose your style at checkout - Standard or Kawaii.

Are there duplicate items?

We do our best to avoid exact duplicates within a single haul.

Can I make special requests?

Phone charm blind bags are a surprise by design and specific requests will not be granted.

When will my video be posted?

If you purchase the video recording option, a recording of your haul will be posted to our social media typically within 15 business days of your order fulfillment.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

You may receive your package prior to your video being posted. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched it. We are unable to hold packages at our location due to space restrictions.

What if I don't want a video?

Simply choose the no video option at checkout and your items will be shipped to you as a complete surprise.

Do you offer this as part of a live show?

Yes! When available, you get the opportunity to watch your blind bags opened in real time while participating in our live show with the Enchanted Fam.

Does this product ship internationally?

Yes, we ship this product internationally. Please be aware that you may be subject to import fees and duties based on your country's regulations.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 10 business day processing window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

A quick note on carrier delays

While we do everything we can to get your order out the door fast, we're not able to control carrier delays once a package is in transit. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out - we're always happy to help!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we're unable to make changes once an order has shipped.
