In Monster Mix, our digital wheel spins up three mystery items for every player, pulled from a pool stocked entirely with our Fall and Halloween finds. Decor, cozy goods, spooky little treasures, and plenty of surprises in between.

Please read before you play: every item in this game is Fall or Halloween. You'll get a mix of both, and you can't request one over the other. No picking your theme, no swaps, no trades. Whatever the Mixer gives you is yours. If that's not your thing, sit this one out and we'll catch you at the next show. 💛

Three items are guaranteed. And that's before the bonuses kick in.

Mixed into the wheel are BONUS spaces. Land on one and the Mixer decides right there, live on camera, how much extra you're walking away with. It could be one more spin. It could be two. And on a rare space hidden in the wheel, it could be three.

There's also a You Pick space in the mix. Land on it and instead of the Mixer choosing for you, you choose for yourself from our featured items on display.

A few things to know: once the wheel lands on an item, that entry leaves the pool. Some items are listed more than once, so a few players may end up with the same thing, but you'll never get a duplicate within your own set. If you win a You Pick but aren't in the chat, we'll choose one for you after the game so the show keeps moving.

Limit 2 plays per person. We want as many of you in this one as possible.

Because of the mystery nature, all determinations are final and can't be swapped, traded, or changed. 🦇

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the window begins the next business day.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.
