In the event that an exception to this rule is granted and a return is accepted, the customer shall be responsible for a 25% restocking fee as well as the full cost of return shipping.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Bookings for experiences and private sessions, such as the Exclusive Private Live Show, are subject to the following cancellation terms. Because each private session involves dedicated planning and preparation, cancellations made after planning has begun but before the originally scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. Once the session begins, no refunds will be issued. These terms apply in place of the standard product return terms above.

REFUND POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change your shipping method as necessary due to package contents, the combining of multiple orders/shipments, or other reasons that may arise in the practice of business. No refunds will be issued for shipping fees when multiple orders are combined into a single shipment.
In the event a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will re-ship the package to the intended recipient; however, the purchaser is responsible for the full cost of the subsequent shipment. All shipping charges, including those on re-shipped packages, are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders, including those to the European Union, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
