How it works: grab your spot before the show, then join us live on Facebook. We open the bags in order and show every charm on camera. Can't make it live? No worries. We'll still open yours on the show, and you can catch the replay on our Facebook page.

About the Haul

How does this work?

Each haul includes 3 phone charm blind bags, each one hiding a surprise wristlet charm inside. Open a bag with a colored chip and you unlock a bonus phone charm blind bag.

What do I get?

3 phone charm wristlets per haul, with the chance for more if a colored chip is revealed.

Are there duplicate items?

We do our best to avoid exact duplicates within a single haul.

Can I make special requests?

Phone charm blind bags are a surprise by design and specific requests will not be granted.

Your blind bags are opened live on camera during our Facebook live show. Can't make it live? You can catch the replay on our Facebook page.

Can you hold my order so I can watch the video first?

You may receive your package prior to watching the replay. If you'd like to see your video first, please hold onto your unopened package until you've watched it. We are unable to hold packages at our location due to space restrictions.

Yes! When available, you get the opportunity to watch your blind bags opened in real time while participating in our live show with the Enchanted Fam.

How long does processing take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 10 business day processing window begins the next business day.

We ship primarily via USPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.
