Description

No mystery here, just the fun of the pick. Handbag Grab is your chance to browse a lineup of gorgeous handbags and choose the one that's calling your name. You know exactly what you're getting because you're the one choosing it.

How it works: Handbags are chosen on a first come, first served basis, in the order of the lineup. When it's your turn, you pick from whatever's still available. If you're not there when your turn comes up, we'll move on to the next person in line and you'll choose from what's left when we come back around.

The only mystery is what order you land in. The rest is all you.

Live show shipping: live show orders ship up to 5 days after your live show date. If your order includes more than one live show, it ships up to 5 days after the latest show date on your order. Rush applies once your show is done: we can rush your order after your show date, not before.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Orders without a video add-on ship within 5 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the count begins the next business day.

Orders with a video add-on take 2 weeks or longer. We usually ship every part of an order at the same time, so the whole order ships once the video is recorded. Please allow up to 15 business days after your order ships for your video to be posted online.

Live show items ship after the show date listed on the product.

Print-on-demand apparel is made to order by our print partner and ships separately from the rest of your order.

How do you ship?

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

A quick note on carrier delays

While we do everything we can to get your order out the door fast, we're not able to control carrier delays once a package is in transit. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to help!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to make changes once an order has shipped.

Our Story

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.

Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or you’re just discovering Enchanted String, I am so grateful you’re here. Thank you for supporting our family, our small business, and the community we’ve built together.

Thank you for being part of the magic.
