How long does processing take?

Orders without a video add-on ship within 5 business days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the count begins the next business day.

Orders with a video add-on take 2 weeks or longer. We usually ship every part of an order at the same time, so the whole order ships once the video is recorded. Please allow up to 15 business days after your order ships for your video to be posted online.

Live show items ship after the show date listed on the product.

Print-on-demand apparel is made to order by our print partner and ships separately from the rest of your order.

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS from our Florida home base. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Our Story

Enchanted String began with a few handmade bracelets and an opportunity I never expected. As it grew, so did my determination to turn it into something special.

Today, my husband Mario, my daughter Alina, and I operate Enchanted String from our Florida office, where we ship orders, host live shows, and create experiences that bring people together from across the country. What began with a few bracelets has grown into mystery scoops, stationery, accessories, beauty finds, and so much more, but the heart behind it remains the same.

Our goal has always been simple: create moments of excitement, joy, and connection for the people who choose to spend a little of their time with us.
